Staff really friendly and helpfull. Prices are a little steep tho.

Staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to help with anything you need. They were very supportive; helping me find a helmet and body protector after quite a horrid fall. The items are brought are in great quality and extremely comfortable. I look forward to going back there.

Didn't know this place was here but was told by the riding school my daughter goes to. The staff were superb and the stock was really good. Nice choice and a range of prices. Will be recommending.

Staff are wonderful. Great product knowledge. If they haven't got it in stock, they will usually be able to get it. I love this shop. Birchalls has been around for over 100 years.

A lovely example of a riding/tack shop. Well kept, tidy and a good range of equine supplies and riding gear. I dont ride anymore but the jackets and all-weather wear on display were ideal for outdoor needs.....and looked very fashionable too. Not over priced as expected for any equestrian related gear , so very satisfied with my visit. They had exactly what I went in for too....will be going back.
