Responsive customer service email communication from Becky but unfortunately cleaning quality was not good on 2 occasions. Reply - in 2022 I had the same issue where I couldn't tell if they had been cleaned or not. Not sure what you mean by "Proper results"...picture for reference. The clear bit is where I've rubbed my finger on the outside of the window after 2 cleaning attempts. Not after a 1 off clean each time as your Employee Becky told me that was not possible, also paid both times, don't want to keep paying if some of my windows will still be dirty after a clean...

Booked a clean with these when I moved into a new property. They set up the direct debit but then never sent a cleaner. Chased a few times and they said he was backlogged so it would take a while. He never showed then they cancelled for previous late payments (even though it was a first clean) but my direct debit was in place. Sounds very dodgy. Avoid

I've used Ezyclean 4 a few years now, I think that they are usin different men as didn't recognise the last 2, they text a few days B4 which I think is a good idea! Windows are lovely and clean , I only have mine done every other month but very impressed XxX Service: Window washing

Messy, constantly on his phone. Charged £25 £or 30 mins poor labour. Streak free....NO! Have a new cleaner half the price, same cleaning time and 10x better!

Have always had a great experience with Ezy-clean. The windows and sills are always cleaned to a good standard, as well as conservatory roof. They're also great with my toddler who likes to pretend she is cleaning from the inside with her broom , which he goes along with every time. These guys are great. They’ve cleaned our windows for 5 years and they’re always reliable and do a great job. If there are occasions when a window looks a bit streaky once dried - very rarely, but sometimes in hot weather - they come straight back the next day and do it again, all part of the service. Great stuff :)

I’ve been using Ezy Clean for a year or so now. We wanted a reliable company that would not only do a great job but didn’t require us to be around during our working week. A text reminder the day before is extremely useful and we have always been so impressed with the quality of the clean and their customer service. Would definitely recommend. (Tonbridge area)

Fair service till today!Very rude personnel and customer service.Would not recommend this to anyone with more than one level building.Edit: Rude was your employee to get back in his van and leave while I was trying to explain him that previous cleaners done it without accessing the backyard(which does not belong to us) and also rude was to ask to be paid for a job that was not done.My husband was not rude when he called you he just tried to explain the situation itself but the lady on the phone kept telling him about your rules of backyard windows.Anybody can clean windows...it should be more about customer focused service. Instead of canceling the order(I've been a customer for almost two years) because it is not profitable anymore you could search for a solution but maybe I am asking to much.Have a great day

I have been using Ezy-Clean to clean my windows for a year now who were actually recommended to me. I couldn't be happier and the system works well with a telephone message to say he is coming the day before and the payment goes out by direct debit two weeks after that. Very very good and I shall certainly recommend so don't hang about - get you windows cleaned by Ezy-clean.

I have had my windows cleaned by this company for 15 years and their quality is first class. I am a very fussy customer but have never had to call them back. The cleaner is always polite and gets on with the job. The staff in the office are friendly and caring. The system of cleaning and collecting the money by direct debit work well for me. Well done Ezy-clean.
