Superb team that are really dedicated to the job at hand. Great mannerisms, and masters of BMW restoration. Over the course of 5 odd years, and the few cars I that I have owned in that time, I have grown to know Ian, Harvey and crew quite well. BMW fans aren't short of detail, and often delve right into the topic, yet have little actual experience with the various quirks of getting the job done right. The intention to get things done well is often there (on the customers side), but the need for a specialist is paramount to get the job done properly. This ensures the integrity of the cars future and ultimately the financial implications of owning that car. Although they may not show it, the team have vast experience (going back decades) with complete renovations (primarily BMW) and show true knowledge of the extremely technical world of the German car market. See pictures for some of their projects. The owners often have very exotic cars of their own, which is always nice to see. When there, I often see people pop in who seem to be childhood friends. In reality, I think they have customers going way back, often very jovial. Never have I felt betrayed or had the inkling to question the pricing, as invoices clearly layout what is what. Admittedly BMW parts are never cheap, so don't expect bargain basement, as BMW simply aren't cheap cars. However on the labour front, I can confidently say, that with slightly older BMWs, your going to be 100% safer in Bee Emm Workshops than main dealer (speaking from experience). In addition to this, BMW have generally let go of older cars simply because they are out of warranty. Bee Emm Workshops do a great job in doing a general health check (before or after purchase) to find common problems, and give a general overview to help you manage the car going forward. This instils confidence, especially when you have a slightly older car. You may not get a fancy coffee machine and a TV pumping out commercials, but you do get an honest chat and team that simply want to keep good cars on the road. Don't mess around, be honest, and they will show you the same respect. Therefore I highly recommend poking your nose in to meet the team. Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change
