I've been looking for the right diesel XC 90 for many months and came across one at Jack Henry that looked perfect.One owner low miles and full service history Only buying a car every eight years or so it's a massive decision, especially when not viewing the car in person, but I had nothing to worry about Simon took me through the purchase process and it could not be easier. All my questions and additional photographs were answered and he prepared the car quickly to fit in with my scedule , and it was delivered all the way up to Newark with no additional cost all within a couple of days. Handover was really good with no pressure plenty of time for me to look over the car and take it for a quick spin and it really was immaculate for its age and mileage. We bought an evoque from Jack Henry recently, the purchase was smooth and the car was delivered to us in Yorkshire a few days later. Simon was very helpful with aftercare questions I had and we are very pleased with the car.

Jack provides excellent service, and he does his best to answer every question I ask, whether it's regarding product inquiries or placing an order. After I confirm my order, he continuously updates me on the delivery status. Since I live in Norwich and Jack's company is far away, I can only inspect the vehicle through photos and videos. When I receive the car, it is just as new as shown in the previous photos and videos.

Originally spoke with Paul who was great over the phone however due to my shift pattern, only day I could go in was his day off so Simon took over. Allowed me to look over the vehicle, test drive it and was amazing with assisting through the purchase of the vehicle.
